A Larger Facility and More CNC Equipment S&R CNC Machining has relocated to a larger facility to keep up with the demand for our precision machining services. Our new building is 13,000 square feet, nearly twice as large as our previous location. Additionally, S&R has purchased four new CNC machine tools: (3) Haas SL-10 CNC Lathes and (1) Akira Seiki Performa V-4 CNC Vertical Machining Center, along with several pieces of support equipment including honing and deburring machines. S&R Adds a New Haas SL-20 CNC Lathe S&R CNC Machining has increased our already extensive machining capabilities with the addition of a new Haas SL-20 CNC Lathe. This state-of-the-art machine tool features a turning capacity of 10.3" diameter x 20.0" length, an 8.3" diameter chuck, and a 2.0” diameter thru-spindle bar feed. The SL-20 features a massive headstock casting for rigidity and thermal stability, allowing for 24-7 operation with consistent, close-tolerance results. Haas Mini Mills Arrive at S&R CNC Machining Two new Haas Mini Mills have arrived at S&R CNC Machining. ISO 9001 & AS9100 Certification S&R CNC Machining has made the commitment to obtain ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev B certification for its manufacturing facility in North Hollywood, California. During the next several months, S&R will undergo a top-to-bottom review of its operations, and the results will be used to reorganize our facility and streamline our operations.
